The Pizzolato Winery are recognised as one of the true pioneers of the Italian Organic wine movement producing exceptional organic wines since 1991. This classic Pinot Grigio from Venezia is certified Organic and Vegan pouring a straw yellow colour with generous fruit on the nose, hints of toasted almonds, dry hay and walnut husk. A velvety, soft wine, with balanced acidity.

Classic white vinification. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in thermo-conditioned steel tanks. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains in contact with the yeasts for an adequate period, to extrapolate the best aromas.

Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif or with light first and second courses such as aromatic herb omelettes, vegetable soups, chickpea and zucchini cream or vegan sushi.
